Joe Halsey

As the Vice President, Operations for M. Holland, Joe has oversight of the Logistics, Client Experience, Purchase Planning and Quality departments. Joe has more than 20 years of experience leading teams, in-depth knowledge of the plastics industry and passion for supporting employees’ career development. Joe is also a member of M. Holland’s Executive Leadership Team. Prior to joining M. Holland in 2021, Joe served in a senior leadership capacity in the plastics distribution industry for 15 years. Joe earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the United States Military Academy West Point, New York and following graduation served in the U.S. Army for five years. Joe resides in London, Ohio, with his wife Kristi and two children.
