Greg Watkins

With more than 30 years of experience in the plastics industry, Greg serves as the Director of Commercial Development at M. Holland. Leading the commercial recruiting and development efforts across the Distribution, Resale and Business development business units, Greg is responsible for sourcing commercial talent and expanding the Commercial Development Program, our hands-on, rotational program that prepares early and mid-career talent for commercial career paths. Greg also supports the commercial leadership team to develop and implement sales growth initiatives. Prior to joining M. Holland in 2014, Greg worked as a recruiter for the plastics industry for 17 years. He holds a Bachelor’s in Accounting from the Ohio State University and lives in Columbus, Ohio.
