Jen Johnson

As M. Holland’s General Counsel, Jen has direct oversight over the Company’s legal affairs and compliance responsibilities, drawing from more than 18 years of experience as an in-house counsel generalist. Before joining M. Holland, Jen spent over 13 years as Associate General Counsel at Ohio universities, providing guidance on issues such as business transactions, procurement, compliance, risk management, audit, real estate, tax, finance, technology accessibility, data security and privacy, reduction in workforce programs, and employee benefits. Holding both a bachelor’s and law degree from the University of Toledo, she is also an active member of the Association of Corporate Counsel and Athens County Bar Association. Jen lives in Athens, Ohio, with her two teenage children.
